With 37 years experience in the insurance field, Charles Thompson has mastered the art of claim adjusting. After years of claims supervising and management in the insurance industry, Mr. Thompson felt he needed to change his role in order to better serve policyholders who had been affected by disaster. In June of 1996, Mr. Thompson received his Associate in Claims Degree from The Insurance Institute of America. In 2006, Mr. Thompson was licensed in Florida as a public adjuster in order to directly and effectively represent those who had suffered a loss to property. Mr. Thompson has additionally taught Adjuster training and certification classes. Mr. Thompson came to work at Keys Claims Consultants, Inc. in 2010 as a Senior Loss Consultant, Appraiser and Public Adjuster. His work as a claims supervisor and file analyst for insurance companies has been invaluable in assisting our clients to receive fair and proper insurance settlements.
